INGREDIENTS: (ALLERGENS in bold)
DOUGH: Wheat (Gluten), Water, Non-dairy spread (Water, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Salt (1%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Colour (Beta-Carotene), Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Sugar, Yeast FILLING: Chicken, Onions, Carrots, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soya Bean Extract, Water, Iodized Salt, Caramel and 0.1% Sodium Benzoate), Corn flour, Star Anise, Water
KEEP FROZEN. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines (cooking appliances vary in performance):
Microwave: From FROZEN, wrap one (1) bun in a wet paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds on HIGH. Steamer: Steam from CHILLED for 10 minutes: or steam from FROZEN for 15 minutes, until piping hot in the centre. Be careful when handling. The siopao will be hot. Remove the paper liner off the bottom of the siopao. Serve and enjoy!
