Delivering frozen food requires specialized care, including frozen gels and insulating packaging, to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. These necessary measures, combined with additional logistics costs, contribute to the overall delivery expense. However, we're continuously exploring ways to reduce delivery costs, so you can enjoy more of our delicious offerings for less.

How is the Food Packaged and Kept Fresh?

We package your order in temperature-controlled, recyclable boxes with recyclable ice packs, keeping your food chilled for up to 36 hours. While our ice packs may melt during transit, we regularly test our box temperatures to ensure our minimum chill time remains consistent.

To maintain the freshness and flavor of our lechon belly, we use gel packs in combination with insulating packaging. This ensures your pork belly arrives fully chilled and ready to cook. What Happens If I'm Not Home When the Items Are Delivered?

We deliver using dry ice or gel packs in insulated, recyclable boxes. This packaging keeps your items at the right temperature for an extended period, so they will be safe on your doorstep until you return. However, once you get home, please place them in your freezer as soon as possible.

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24®—tracking to delivery point and next-day delivery services.

Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom except Northern Ireland and Scotland. We ship frozen, and we cannot guarantee frozen products without next-working-day delivery.

These destinations also don’t offer next working day delivery: Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle Of wight, and Scilly Isles
