
Cooking Guidelines (cooking appliances vary in performance):
1. Defrost meat overnight in the fridge 2. Once defrosted, remove meat from packaging and place on a wire rack in a roasting tray 3. Pat dry rind with kitchen paper 4. Preheat oven to 140C 5. Roast on the middle shelf for 30mins + 30mins per 500g 6. Increase oven temperature to 200C and continue cooking until the skin is crisp about 15-30mins. At this stage, DO NOT LEAVE PORK BELLY UNATTENDED. 7. Ensure the roast is thoroughly cooked, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear 8. Rest uncovered 9. Remove strings and carve 10. Serve and enjoy!
KEEP FROZEN < 18C until ready to defrost. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze. raw meat.
